It has imported to Sweden and sold by the department store Nordiska  Kompaniet in Stockholm

This jacket was most likely part of complete suit originally

The patch pockets plus the fact that it is not a raglan coat makes it quite unusual

SWEDISH 1930S BLACK SINGLE BREASTED WAISTCOAT. SIZE CA EU 50-52 Antique The hat is marked 59DESCRIPTION This waistcoat most likely dates back to the 1930s and is of Swedish origin. It was probably part of a three piece suit originally, but it is perfectly wearable as a single waistcoat. It has a six button single breasted closure, four front pockets and an adjuster in the back. It is fully lined. The overall condition is great considering its age, but there are some discolorations to the lining, especially around the armpits and the back.
