Bodegas Atalaya - Laya Almansa Located in Combe de SavoieBodegas Atalaya, is a winery located in the border between the Spanish maritime Levant and the flat expanses of La Mancha. Here clusters of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell prosper as if by magic, since the old vines seem to thrive in limestone soils of low fertility while enduring little rainfall. Situated a bit more than 700 meters above sea level, the vineyard produces concentrated fruit that yields a burst of tones, flavours, and fragrances.
