Britax Aptana Lower Adaptors Leander The fabrics are solution dyedThe lower adaptors allow you to attach an Aptana bassinet or second seat to the Aptana stroller frame for double mode use. Note: Lower adaptors are included in the Aptana Second Seat. You would only need to purchase them in case you choose to have the bassinet at the lower position.
