1932年生まれのドイツ人アーティスト、ペーター・ドレーアーが1972年から描き続けている、テーブルに置かれた空っぽのグラス。なんの変哲もない、同じグラスを描き続けたそのシリーズ「Everyday is a Good Day」を中心とした作品集。光や反射の変化以外はほぼ同じと言えるイメージが続く。作家やハンス・ウルリッヒ・オブリストなどによるエッセイも収録。

どこか懐かしい稜線を描く、小さな山々。素朴な表情の精霊たち。まるで発掘された化石や古い土器のような作品は、ほとんどが手の平に乗るくらい小ぶりなもの。
