It came from an estate in Ohio and can be traced to a vacation the family took to Germany around 1937

It is in good condition with some wear along the outside braided fabric

They measure about 7 1/8" by 4 3/4"

German Size 2 White Mittens Book Herrenbekleidung Halberstadt SeydlitzstrThese are a bit of an oddity. Everything about them seems to indicate WWII German, but this is the first time I have ever seen white mittens. These also lack a trigger finger. They are in decent condition; there is some very light blue staining. There are several small nips holes throughout (see photos). One mitten is stretched a little more than the other (probably because of how they were stored).
