Once it was bisque fired it was then glazed and finally treated with semi ink to highlight some of the crackle glaze

Soot and combustion particles settle directly onto the watercolour and grow a smoky drawing over the colour beneath

The crackle glaze will allow for some of the tea to enter and so the patterns inside will change over time
