I began photographing patches of water and became intrigued by the variety of shapes lines and colours

The final manifestation of what seems like a lifetime's fascination with things corrugated

It's great the way some fabrics flow shift and fold - especially flags

So I created this image from the imagery I had access to and from an imagined ideal of what Egypt may have been like
