This bowl was an experiment with finishing

and was part of a local neighborhood tree that was cut down a few houses down the block from me

This bowl was turned to have a slight inward turn towards the top half of the bowl

This bowl was turned from a whole log that originally had some branches coming off of it. The natural edge is only slight, but is a result of the shape of the branches coming together in this log.
