Winemaking Once crushed and pressed, we naturally ferment the juice in old French barrels for seven months with no stirring of the lees. Tasting notes Dry and textural Pinot Gris with lovely pear and stone fruit flavours. Pairing Drink it on its own or complement with a cheese platter.
