This Cuvee is a juicy yet elegant wine. About the winery: Clos Du Mont Olivet has been created in 1932 by Seraphin Sabon after his marriage with Marie Jausset. She was coming from the winegrower family in Chateauneuf du Pape and brought some vines in her dowry. The 50 hectares vineyard is located in the South of
